Feedback Loop's Action Plan for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion

Black lives matter. Racism is intolerable. We strive for a future when these things go without saying, but if the last two weeks have taught us anything, it’s that our society does not yet freely acknowledge these unalienable facts.

The murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and countless other Black people have placed a spotlight on a systemic failure to openly acknowledge structural racism. This is simply wrong and it is our responsibility as a society to address the problem.

Because companies are one of the building blocks and forces for change within our society, we believe it’s important for Feedback Loop to create opportunities for evolution and change. We can’t wait on the sidelines hoping for change to happen.

As for Feedback Loop's small part in that future...

We are more committed than ever to creating a company and culture where everyone has an equal opportunity to be their best selves. In order to make meaningful progress, we need to re-examine the conscious and unconscious biases that exist in ourselves and our business practices. This will be a team effort.

Feedback is core to our company’s mission and in our DNA, and our objective is to engage with our employees to effectively reflect, respond, make an impact, and ultimately emerge stronger.
